Hi, I'm Elisa

Hey, I’m Elisa.

I work with women who are really good at holding it all together for everyone else… and not so great at letting themselves be seen.

I’ve photographed hundreds of women—moms, business owners, newly single, starting over, healing, numb, hopeful. For a long time, it was mostly boudoir. Now, I’m just as obsessed with the quiet, black & white moments where we sit together, breathe, and let the real you come up for air.

In the studio, I’ll give you direction and tell you exactly what to do with your hands. Still, underneath all of that, I’m watching for her—the way your eyes soften when you finally exhale, the way your mouth shifts when you talk about what you’ve survived, the way your face changes when you remember you’re still here.

These photos aren’t about who you “should” be.
They’re for the woman you already are, in this exact season, without the filter, the role, or the performance.

If you feel a little lump in your throat reading this… you’re exactly who I created this work for.

FUN FACTS

I speak fluent “I’m awkward,” which is why I pose everything—right down to fingertips and chin angles. I’m obsessive about light (yes, I’ll adjust you by millimeters). The Wet Set has its own ritual—warm water, heaters, towels, robe on standby—and I’ll wipe glass between takes like a stagehand. Sessions stay calm and unhurried, and your images are ready to review in about 3–5 days.

  • I’ve been at this for 20 years.
Photography and business are my favorite rabbit holes—I geek out over light patterns in the cereal aisle and yes, I keep a spreadsheet for my spreadsheets. I’ve photographed more sessions than I can count and I’m somehow more obsessed now than when I started.

  • I’m a mom of five, homeschooler, and accidental farm girl.
Roll call takes a minute. Between kids, lesson plans, and critters, I run on snacks, schedules, and soft light. If I can wrangle roosters and math workbooks, I can absolutely wrangle a shoot day—with calm, clarity, and a stash of bobby pins.

  • I’m freakishly good at making people relax.
Awkward is my second language. I talk you through breathing, shoulders, and hands—then mirror each pose so it feels easy. Expect gentle jokes, a robe, and zero pressure. Most clients say, “I forgot to be nervous,” which is exactly the point.
